At SoCal Behavioral Medicine, Inc., our mission is to bridge care in areas that have reduced access to timely mental health care by removing fears of stigma, through approachable and easy-to-access care.

 

While our primary focus is mental and behavioral concerns, our provider is double-board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, which allows us to meet community-based needs for treating general medical issues that contribute to mental health decline.  

 

We routinely treat mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic pain syndrome, substance misuse, and insomnia, providing psychoeducation, counseling, and medication management. Responsible prescribing & monitoring of controlled and/or abusable medications is prioritized, to help clients function at their highest potential.

Insurance is accepted for our in-network contracts, including Medicare B, Anthem, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, TriCare/TriWest, UHC, Optum and Evernorth.
